an uneven floor and unsteady ladders are the cause
of many accidents. just place the ladder on the floor
and it will automatically adjust so that all four feet
are supported safely and the ladder will remain level
on the uneven floor. when weight is put on the ladder,
the arc will lock automatically. the notched surface
connects and meshes with the matching profile on
the guide rail – further sliding is prevented.
the suggested material for the arc and guiding rail is
a rigid thermoplastic polymer with high impact strength,
such as DuPont™ Zytel® ST (super tough) polyamide.
