Negotiation through transformation: from suitcase to
chair to table

Not a pure design object in the sense of the word, the
sedia napoletana condenses observed circumstances and
phenomena. It manifests the necessary confrontation
with the topography and the dissolving of the definite
separation of inside and outside. It is a metaphor of
the city, more than a chair for Naples. Naples as a
chair

It consists of aluminum with stainless steel and
rubber parts.
When closed its dimensions are 40x40x13,5 cm.
Each leg can be freely adjusted in height.
The back and seat harbor a storage space of approx. 8 liters.
