For this project I tried to use conventional objects that could turn into an
interesting folding chair.

The result is a simple but effective joint between two shovels; four wooden
legs that get stored inside the shovels and a nylon strap so it can be
carried away easily.

This chair is meant to be used on the outdoors, on a field trip, on the
beach, on your backyard, etc.

When the two shovels are folded, the space between them works as a case
where you can store your personal stuff such as books, your lunch, towel and
sandals, etc.
