Two fixed frames hinge through 100 degrees. As they turn, they shape the chair. In one action the frames and the seat come to rest to a locked position. The diagonal bracing is unseen within the seatback, sandwiched between bamboo laths and spun nylon matting. This choice of seating material allows the seat to comfortably flex when in use.
