macef design award 2004 : results title: WHITE PITCHER # : 1137 david maglaty from usa ---   designer's comment: The White Pitcher is a pointed ellipse in plan. The notch spout and circular cut out handle are treated as simple, functional components of the design. The curved surface of the pitcher provides structural integrity for the material and becomes a very sculptural form when washed with light. The material is plastic polymer in unlimited colors from opaque to transparent.
