designer's comment:
Electrolysis is the process where by water is split into its elementary make up resulting in bubbles of hydrogen and oxygen.
These bubbles give this sculpture ornament some visual interest while slowly copper oxide grows slowly from the anode.

Different metals have different coloured "rusts".
Aluminium and magnesium - white, iron - red.

Copper was chosen as it produces a green/blue oxide.
The user can easily replace it with wire of their choice or combine different metals for interesting displays of colours.
This electrolsis bonsai ornament is intended to be a decoration for the dining table or a side table.
