designer's own words:

Burnt out light Bulb has a bad influence on environment. Once again say, it’s impossible to recycle the bulb and heavy metals in the bulb influence detrimental to the health. But we have been throwing and consuming the bulb recklessly although we known the situation. This means that we help to pollute and be drain upon the earth’s resources. Actually we can recycle the bulb by changing with something but most people can’t do that. That’s why I designed a bulb name is the“3 step bulb”. It can make up for the problem that I above mentioned. 1. What is “3 step bulb”? This bulb has 3 units upon a bulb to can control each unit to turn on the light by ourselves. . 2. How to use this bulb? We can control this for working by removing each sticker that is covered on contact point. Once again say, if you want to turn on just a light of them, you can make it by removing a sticker. Also after going out a unit of light, you can turn on second and third lights by removing the rest of sticker. It makes to control even brightness without any function. 3. What gives us to take the effect? First of all, even though it’s just a bulb but we can take a good effect that is like using three light bulbs as we use the “3 step bulb”. Second, It makes to control even brightness by “3step units” without any function. Finally, usually we throw a bulb when it went out. This situation is very wasted of money with resources but we can save them by using “3 step bulb”. In conclusion, I’d like to say the following things. Resources are limited to use in the earth. Also we have to save them and need to invent new resources. That’s why, “3 step bulb” gives solution with problems that I above mentioned. It’s going to be made low rate of waste resources as one of thirds.
