beetle's wing

beetle's wing by il-seop so from korea

designer's own words:

"

The domestic toilet is shared by both male and female. The discomfort always follows to males when urinates, who must lift the toilet seat all the time, and children face challenge seating on the huge seat while they are one the toilet. “Beetle’s Wing” is the universal toilet seat that is size adjustable just by stepping the pedal. When male uses domestic toilet while urinating, he does not lift the toilet seat just because it is annoying or feeling unclean, causing other people discomforts from urine remnants. Yet, “Beetle’s Wing” enables toilet seat to spread out to each side just by stepping on the pedal once, which assists males to use toilets without touching the seat. Also, usual toilet seat is too large to use for the children, but, it provides appropriate size seat just by stepping on the pedal twice, which makes the seat to shrink. As you can see above, anyone can use the toilet seat with appropriate size by manipulating the toilet seat just by stepping on the pedal.
