designer's own words:

Cart can be modified to become a stuff that has function more than just for sleep. The concept is we modify it so it can accommodate home activities. With a little gas cooker, table and tiny power supply, homeless can sit, lay down, make coffee, read and write at night or just listen radio. Because its weight and easy system, frame and tent is most suitable system to make a shelter. And because homeless can go to wherever place they like, cart become caravan that is moved by carbohydrate power.
