designer's own words:Manufacturers around the world are busy producing new products. It is because we repeat the process of discarding used products and buying new ones. However, most of the products we discard have much longer useful life than they usually serve. Among those, shampoo and body soap containers are discarded even before they reach 1/100 of their useful lives. Although there are "refill" products in the market, people generally do not bother to use them. If one can make the refill process more convenient, and the design of the container more valuable, wouldn't people be more inclined to use refill products? The present design therefore has improved the refill process. The refill product can be connected straight to the container, eliminating the need to pour the content into the container. The use of large texts and color enables the consumer to easily differentiate the product visually, and the shape and form of the cap are such that the product is distinguishable by touch, with eye's closed.
