These spherical LED garden lights are charged via the case which has a solar panel and stores electrical charge in a battery. This battery then charges the lights themselves by induction. They are turned on and dimmed by twisting the two halves of ther light. I reposisionable internal weight allow the lights to be postioned as any angle.
