designer's own words:

My project is attempt trying do not recycle materials and waste, but make some conditions in order to not appear the waste. I propose to use “Edible Calendar”. It looks like a usual calendar, but it made of chocolate. We do not tear or turn over the pages; we are eating one part of the calendar. There are three useful causes, I think. First: we do not need any more a loose-leaf calendar. Second: we do not need to buy a usual chocolate. Third: we can check every day the consumption of sweet products (It’s possible to produce the Chocolate Calendar the different weight).
