Within America, the Generation Y is an emerging workforce. They baffle companies about how to keep them within the company. They love technology to be efficient and seamless. Slow speed, crash reports, or no mobility will make them think: “why bother with this company?” So they leave. As young adults, they expect companies to provide them the right technology for the job. They are very proficient: providing fresh perspective, wanting their independence, reliability, and freedom to work from anywhere at any given time.
