Slow speed, crash reports, or no mobility will make them think: “why bother with this company?” So they leave. As young adults, they expect companies to provide them the right technology for the job. They are very proficient: providing fresh perspective, wanting their independence, reliability, and freedom to work from anywhere at any given time.
