Aperitivo, appetizer to the evening. When serving small portions of food it is easier to use food picks for individuals to eat without getting their hands messy. Especially when finger food are the common appetizers, food pick becomes an invaluable tool. The porcupine food pick holder is representation of the attitude of aperitivo. Porcupine are cute, furry animals with sharp needles to protect themselves. As people gather together in the evening from work, to relax, to let their guard down for the evening from the busy, and sometimes harsh society, why not do the same for this porcupine? Pull out it's defensive needles and use it for the enjoyment for the evening.
