Loop is a small flashlight that is perfect for camps, hikes, backpacking trips and adventure sports. It's main USP is a silicone rubber body that can be wrapped, looped around hooks, hung from tent interiors and save a lot of space in packing. It comes in a variety of colours to suit all audiences. It has a simple structure that is very easy to manufacture.
While designing Loop, we wanted to make something that is trendy, playful and colourful. We worked on the form, and the technical details of the light, keeping in mind an active consumer. We explored with paper and cloth loops before coming up with a final form, and also tested electronics. Loop has a cinch construction, with one moulded silicon rubber component, and very simple electronics.
It saves a lot of space in your backpack because of it's silicon body. It has a single push button, and has a battery that charges off a USB cable. It has a 1.5 W LED array with a wide angle beam - suitable for our active users!
