Loop is clean, efficient, intuitive, exciting, adaptable, public and private at the same time. This kitchen is meant for small households, optimizing storing space by arranging it in to one layer transparent drawers so you can quickly visualize every thing. It looks very compact but you can unfold various elements and surprises depending on your current needs. The kitchen is composed by four main elements: 1. Energy platform, which contains all electric, freezing and piping installations, but also for storing elements that are seldom used. 2. Bar – wall, one side for common storage, freezing, microwave, breakfast center and on the other side a bar. 3. Working unit, where you can cook, cut or clean wherever you want to. 4. Service trolley, an auxiliary element used to carry but also to temporally cook or freeze. 1) Energy platform It allows a quick installation & maintenance, since it is plugged directly into the electric and piping system and its elements are easy to access. It works like a base for the other elements providing them with energy and allowing to freely change the distribution of them depending on the type of space available. You can also store stuff that you almost never use but needs much space, like the fine china dishes for Christmas. 2) Bar-wall The public side of the wall is a bar with access to a part of the fridge. On top there is a tactile message center where you can write with your finger important data, the shopping list or a message for your guests. On the other hand, the private side contains a horizontal fridge, a breakfast unit with a coffee machine and microwave/oven toaster, sharing the two lateral vertical drawers with the bar. 3) Working unit This element helps you to cook, cut and serve the food, allowing you to wash your hands or vegetables without loosing space, because the washing system is down the table, this surface is planned for maximum space optimization. The surface is made of extra resistant ceramics additioned with nanotubos, which make it inductive. The kitchen is sold with a set of special induction cooking pots and pans. When you place a pan onto the surface, you can cook on it regulating the heat directly on the pans handle. A thermocromic drawing of the ancient crown of Muryeong King is placed on this intelligent surface. The drawing glows when, for example, you activate a pan for cooking. Thinking about ecology, the sewage water goes directly in to a recycling unit, where the water is cleaned by a bacterial process and reused. The phosphate regained from the cleaning process is used to fertilize, herbs and weeds. 4) Service trolley It’s a good assistant in the kitchen when you need some extra space, for cooking, cutting or serving the dinner for your guests, but it also works like a stuff holder when you arrive from the super market and it can even freeze the beverages or the frozen food by holding one drawer from the fridge.
