We know that recycling waste paper have high commercial and environmental value, but the recovery process is loss of many of social resources: human, storage, and transportation. Waste newspapers accounts for a large proportion of waste paper recycling, if the U.S. can recycle all newspapers, could save 250 million trees each year. The problem is :How to improve the waste paper recycling efficiency?
