Parking Reed is a poetic device that facilitates locating free parking places.

Reeds are placed on each parking place. They emit a subtle glowing light along the stem, and at their extremity a little bulb shines intensely. It is

thus very easy to catch free spaces from a distance.

Once a driver finds a free space, the fun begins : to park his car, he simply runs over the reed. Because it is made of a flexible material, it will

bend gently under the car. The light will automatically turn off to save energy.

Parking reeds are autonomous, designed to be easy to install anywhere and need minimum maintenance : they just need to be fixed to the ground, and they

are ready ! No need to plug to any network : the bulb reacts to surrounding vibrations and transmits them to the stalk. These oscillations produce

electricity through a piezoelectric generator placed in the base.
