Product design students at FUMEC University (Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil), present new concepts for the icon that Seoul found as a synonym of sustainability, design and quality of life: cycling. Joining form and function, the group designed two conceptual bikes that break the day-to-day monotony with style and practicality. The idea is to aggregate unusual values to this classic kind of transport, adapting it to the most different life styles, stimulating and encouraging its usage. -Market Bike: Its concept of is to bring fun and health to the task of going to the groceries store. It combines the functions of a human transportation and a shopping cart. It is practical and saves you from the waste of fuel, room, time and money. Moreover it is a healthy and eco-friendly way to do groceries. -Caty Bike: Why not redeem a classic design to revivify a city. This is Caty Bike. It is the elegance and charm of an icon, the scooter vespa, applied to modify and redirect Seoul as a design orientedcity . Caty’s goal is to bring people together allowing a romantic ride between a pair of lovers or a nice stroll with friends
