designer's own words:

We propose to view the city as a possible home as we understand homelessness as a condition, people come in and out of it, but homeless as social place will be occupied anyway, so we recognize it as part of the actual urban landscape. Do not allow anyone to store shopping carts, bedding, or personal belongings on your property, Restrict access to overhangs, alcoves or other areas protected from inclement weather, Lock or turn off exterior power outlets, these are some of the advices police departments gave to citizenship, although they respond to property logic, it shows tendencies and needs the cities have not been able to resolve or even repress. Plugin to the city is a program to fight marginalization and indifference, Plugin to the city is a strategy to adapt cities infrastructure to the needs of the poorest without sacrificing the rights of the society as a whole. Plugin to the city is a project that understands the urban nomads and their claim for lightness.
