The "Rolling Home" is a useful and compact tool for the homeless. It could be easily made into a tent, a sleeping bag, a stool or a sun/rain shield. Of course people can use it to collect & transport garbages, which helps them earn some money. You could also put personal things into the bucket, which is much safer because the wheel could conceal the handle of the cap when you sleep. The material would be PVC, foam, waterproof fabric, and elastic steel.
