Beyond silver...is there gold ? Or have those very precious metals become futile compared to water? Not such a long time ago, people used to throw a silver coin into the water stock because of the metal's antibacterical properties. Having safe drinking water was more important than having money... Nowadays, the situation on earth is critical. Water will probably be the main reason of future armed conflicts. This carafe reminds you everyday to save water. Not only when it is closed but also when it is opened because the cap is printed on both sides. The message becomes even more obvious as the level of water goes down and the word "save" becomes ever more legible. Finally, the process of oxidation darkens the words slowly and emphasizes the message more each day: SAVE WATER !
