designer's own words:

Sleeping suitcase is a try of combining a bed with a travel bag. Main idea is to place sleeping and storage functions inside movable case, which would fit, to a street space. But at the same time, which wouldn’t block homeless people their every day activities. So the storage function was placed in drawers on both sides of case with easy acces from outside. Furthermore the drawers are divided into smaller compartments that facilitate segregation of recycling resources. In-between those drawers a foldable mattress is placed. Easy mobility in an urban space is provided by independently rotating two wheels, inside which the whole case was placed.
