the steel cap and the ceramic body

a step to healthy eating

designer's own words:

This project represents the evolution of the “Tajine”, the popular Moroccan cooking pot. This device is a sort of a mixture between Tajine and wok: in fact the steam, moving inside the ceramic pot, cooks the food. Not only: the steam also goes up, and it is able to warm and cook the food which is situated on the steel cap at the top. The meaning of this design is that humans have to worry about their health and food adulteration, and this is the first step to have a good diet.
