DESIGN TIME BREIL. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DESIGN: In designing the next product for Breil, it is considered how steel, as a material, can express style, elegance and class so as to become a jewel of technology and innovation. Designed for those who lead a sporty and active lifestyle, the wristwatch-jewel is protected by a steel shell where its shape softens the hardness of the metal. Sliding the steel shell open, its interior shows the elegance of time with an easy to read dial and a retro style appeal. Inside it shows a comprehensive mechanism for time and a chronometer. Of course, the internal mechanisms can be composed in such a way to obtain different models of various functions without losing the expression of technique and elegance, the main idea of Breil. The strap, strictly made of steel, continues to follow the soft and organic style showing the watch as a bracelet. In our project, we propose a version where the dimensions are developed on an average measured grid. This allows proportional modifications in its dimensions to obtain a watch or jewel for both men and women. The bracelet, in its aesthetic, does not want to be too frivolous, but instead, suitable to meet the tastes of the consumers of Breil. Ignazio Tracinà.
