designer's own words:

Recent architectural projects most certainly reveal the edifice complex and this bigness dominate the residential project. However, this trend brings side effects such as air stacking, irregular wind pressure and ridiculous harmony with the origin landscape. Now, tenants of the office type housing want to move out their houses. They wish to live in a house which can give 3 promises to them. These are that fresh air by unfixed window (cross ventilation), their own space for trees and flowers (private garden), and breeze in urban scale (wind blowing). Their desires are really simple and basic issues. By following those 3 basic principles, architects have to make the unique design which reflects the beauty of Korean landscape – cluster of small mountains. My design proposal is a solution of that ties the requirements of tenants, neighbor, and city environment.
