The physically handicapped people are usually faced lots of problems and dangerous circumstances when they try to move from their wheelchairs to chairs or toilets stools. Here I suggest the Wheelchair with Assistant Bars which can rotates around the wheels for the physically handicapped to move easily and safely. When there is no person that pushes the wheelchair, the handles of the wheelchair do not work at all. What is realized here is that when a physically disabled person transfers by himself from a chair or toilet stool to the wheelchair, he rotates the handles and fixes them on the floor looking like “parallel bars” so that he can transfer safely.
