The Torus are multi-purpose speakers providing high-quality sound, housed in a soft minimalist outer shell. The bass driver with its low frequency range is projected downwards, using the cavity space of the speaker box to enhance the quality of the sound. The directional high and mid-range speakers are positioned in the front of the box, facing towards the listener. The volume control is provided by a touch-sensitive strip beneath the surface of the outer shell; sliding your finger across the rim of the right speaker increases the volume, and a diffused LED strip in the centre increases in brightness to indicate the volume level. The Torus speakers are a playful design which reinvigorates the desktop landscape with its stylish contemporary shape.
