The wastepaper can be used by either recycling or reprocessing. however, It is not only difficult for the plastic bag collecting it in to be recycled, but it takes too much time to decompose as well. If we have the wastepaper containers made by using fabrics, We can think of the containers as another thing with multiple uses after the containers are filled with the wastepaper in it and fastened. The material fabrics are easy to form into different shapes so that we can manufacture whatever we hope.
