The giant concrete structure in nature stream makes citizens feel uncomfortable and differentiated. However, when the average flow velocity of 0.25m/s of the stream is utilized as power, the green LED lights underwater go right through the water flow and, accordingly, it casts blue lights at the structure. The structure is seen as if it is covered with water and evokes the feelings of emotional flows of landscape, hence in turn offers friendliness with the surroundings. Likewise, with the energy obtained from the nature environmental-friendly designs care produced by creating sceneries of nature that all of us can share and enjoy.
