Light gives life to human spaces since owns a language involving the entire field of human emotions: it can be used to sweeten, stimulate, forbid, intensify, inspire or creating a sense of community. Focusing on a product for public lightning which can contribute on saving energy through applying of micro-eolic technologies represents the challenge for a global sustainable growth. Savonius Turbine is a type of vertical-axis wind turbine (VAWT) used since the past for converting wind power into torque on a rotating shaft: an old technology applied to the future. Very little wind is required for a Savonius Turbine to work; this makes this technology suitable for the most different environments, both in cities and countryside. A power inverter transforms the kinetic force into electricity, using it when necessary or providing the Electrical Urban Net when the Light Pole is not in use.
