the ‘combina p-1’ wallet by romanian designer alexe popescu is a glue-free, stitch-free wallet. the design features four credit card slots of two interior and exterior; two medium compartments and one main area. the 70g/sqm paper is plastified on both sides for increased flexibility, toughness and protection.  the origami style manual assembly has a central inner fold or spine which increases rigidity and allows a thick load without tension. another element is the water resistant material which tolerates 5 minutes of water immersion and drying, with 80% of the surface remaining intact after 1 month of use. the ‘p-1’ logo (die-cut on the inner sheets) shows up embossed on both sides of the wallet.
