‘dado ceiling light’ by julian appelius

developed by berlin-based designer julian appelius, ‘dado’ – is suspended from a corner of the cube providing different views. a powder-coated, 1.5 millimeter thick steel plate sits like a roof on the filament made out of frosted acrylic glass. the lamp is mounted with three magnets, which are glued into the corners of the light and cling to the steel plate, making the E27 socket easily accessible at any time to change the bulb.
