potential configuration

the ‘eroded stool ES3′ by alessandro isola and supriya mankad from im LAB becomes an ergonomic seat or a storage pocket.
designed as modular elements, they can be used in single or multiple configurations for different private, light commercial
and light public spaces. constructed in two parts, the cork and fabric combination defines the stools final form. excavated
using a CNC machine from the solid sections, the seat and storage pocket are then clad in felted wool to highlight the usable areas.
the ‘eroded stool’ was presented at fuori salone during milan design week 2013.
