mexico-based design firm villasana, plasencia, et al. (grisell villasana, mario plasencia) have developed a furniture collection based on materials to create shoes. using polyurethane, a substance that goes obsolete and loses its properties after six months, the designers have decided to cover the pieces with it. this allows a new skin to be created and come to life.
