exhibition space

as a part of the hungarian pavilion at the 2012 venice biennale, design group spacemaker has conceived a compilation of 500 architectural models from students in hungary representing the complexity involved in the creation process between concept and reality. here, each scale building mock-up plays an important role in the education of architecture. by interpreting all directions in space, a higher regard for information is carried throughout the context of each physical composition. the selection of materials are analogous with the actual building process, reflecting on a platform that becomes suitable for collaboration between students. as a result the experience and joy of cooperative work, becomes elevated. by arranging the models in an orderly format, the exhibit demonstrates the minimal fundamental principals in the implementation stages of design process.
