minding that libraries, or big living rooms, exist in-between user’s everyday lives, nomad office architects set out to express the idea that it should become a 24-hr meeting place for people to exchange ideas, information and knowledge via multiple kinds of media. by developing a series of permeable frames of walls looping one another, they dissolve the whole building from inside to outside, and vise versa.

multiple edges of divisions create in-between spaces weaving users in and out. the different sizes of openings form a range of opaque, both physical and visual connections between separation. as a result, navigating throughout the walls, people can experience three-dimensionally space itself, but the whole context in which it is situated in.
