'the entire object becomes a - moment of light- light could not enter the crystal and the object appeared in its external form, wrapped in light. on the contrary, when light is drawn into the crystal, the object seems to be shaped by the architecture of its mirror-surfaces that lead the signs and memories in a mysterious chamber. my approach may seem a bit primitive, but there is never enough time to know the many lives of crystal. is 'nt that so?' ettore sottsass ---
