AUDI has followed up on their successful A3 hatchback model – which originally entering production in 1996 – with the introduction of a premium compact four-door: the AUDI A3 sedan. slated to be released later this summer, the limousine will feature typical german engineering and dynamic proportions, which combine classic notchback styling with the sweeping lines of a convertible-like roof. boasting upwards to 300 horsepower with the S3 variation, the saloon is capable of reaching 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.9 seconds when paired with a 2.0 TFSI engine and six-speed S tronic transmission.

as with all AUDIs, the single-frame radiator grille is the primary design element up front. the bumpers, which terminate in striking horizontal contours, as well as large air inlets underscore the width of the A3 sedan. its flat roof line terminates at the c-pillar and merges seamlessly with the shoulder line.

bearing a classic jet design, four large round air vents are a feature typical of compact AUDI models. their air flow is adjusted by pulling on the central axis, which adjusts the air flow from broadly dispersed and draft-free to a focused stream.

the roomy interior of this sporty four-door car is refined and straightforward. its instrument panel is lean; the center console is slightly angled toward the driver. top-of-the-line options include a bang & olufsen sound system and MMI navigation plus system, where the latter’s ultra-sleek 7-inch screen extends electronically from the instrument panel. passengers can use their mobile devices thanks to a WLan hotspot integrated within AUDI connect, where the driver benefits from customized internet services integral to the integrated system. services range from navigation via google earth images and google street view, even online traffic information with capabilities to get real-time feedback on facebook and twitter.
