at CES 2011, signeo usa has just announced their ‘soul by ludacris‘ headphone series, designed in collaboration with rapper and performance artist ludacris.

engineered to provide studio level sound quality with proper dynamic range, the collection includes five models: three on-ear (‘sl300’, ‘sl150’, ‘sl100’) and two in-ear (‘sl99’ and ‘sl49’).

‘sl150’ high definition on-ear headphone

all on-ear headphones feature a three-way folding design for greater portability and safe, compact storage.

to maximize fit and comfort, the on-ear headphones use full ear cup articulation and the in-ear models include interchangeable ear tips. gold plated connectors ensure good signal transfer and durability over time.

  • damn this thing is hideous.

    betadinesutures says:
  • I agree, they look ludacrous. You’d be better off with a pair of 19 Euro Sennheisers! And for ludicrus crap rap your probably better off with no headphones at all.

    Design DJ says:
  • As overpriced and overhyped as the Dre Beats were, they were a good looking set of headphones. These look derivative and oh so cheap.

    B to tha says:
  • At least Dre’s Beats looked quality with some well designed branding, these are just epic fails!

    Matt Bassett says:
  • very original !
SL 100 = same design as Beats Solo
who’s next gonna copy Monster ?
