apple has demonstrated that with the iPhone 5, the highly considered approach to re-inventing the manufacturing processes
results in highly efficient electronics. by providing an all new precisely engineered 7.6 millimeter aluminum and ceramic glass
enclosure, the phone exults a longer body with a four-inch retina display that boasts 1136x640 pixels of resolution.
in order to maintain a proportionate display, apple has decided to enlarge the screen by creating a 16x9 widescreen format,
but remains dimensionally as wide as the iPhone 4s so it can still be comfortably operated using one hand.
the incorporation
of LTE wireless technology and an A6 CPU accelerates performance, graphics download speeds and optimizes battery life
to provide up to 8 hours of network browsing and talk time.

pre-loaded with iOS 6, the entire software and interaction experience is elevated by including features such as siri, iCloud and a refined
version of GPS maps, where its vector based graphics and text are detailed for smooth panning when users zoom in and out.
re-designed 'lighting connector' pin
a new lighting connector replaces its original 30-pin charging port with a reversible digital, eight-signal cable system. the auxiliary port
is now also located next to the dock to reduce clutter and introduce additional space for internal hardware achieving an 18% thinner
and 20% lighter 112 gram body.
multi-tasked video and image capture interface
an 8MP iSight camera has improved HDR capabilities for better color and tone and reduced motion blur and integrates a feature that enables
users to take seamless 240 degree panoramic shots. the camera is equipped with sensors that can snap still images while simultaneously
capturing HD video at 1080p.
'earpod' headphones
a completely re-designed 'earpod' headphone set has been ergonomically engineered to dramatically increase the audio experience
with noise-canceling features, where they have been developed to correctly fit almost every ear-type.

Basically the product iphone 4 should have been but they only release it in 2012… Like it happened with the first and second ipad…
There goes all the iphone 4 owners sell them cheap so they can buy this one, hahahaha.
Not as innovative as the previous iphones. Other brands were already there a while ago!
Would like to try those headphones, though. When talking about in ear headphones is difficult to balance design and sound quality.
I think the elongated screen has thrown off the proportions of the phone somewhat.
i think they focused more on the manufacturing process more than anything.
if you look at what they’ve achieved in terms of that,
this is like a prototype that foreshadows whats next to come.

I like the new design, The black casing looks more sleek than the Iphone4. But I really dislike the fact they’ve changed the Auxiliary port! It just makes it you have to buy more, things that will connect to it and will make the older Iphone/Ipod Ports redundant. Though it was inevitable that they would change the port at some point, so nows as good a time as ever:P
