klaud wasiak: volkswagen moog

the volkswagen moog is a two-seat concept car created with inspiration from electronic music by designer klaud wasiak. the car is an all electric vehicle that has its own unique sound which blends the noise of classic cars with digital audio. you can here a clip of the car’s running sound at this link. because electric engines don’t make noise like internal combustion engines, wasiak took this opportunity to explore the car’s brand through the creation of this signature noise. the physical design of the car borrows from the past and introduces alien elements such as a series of fractals that run underneath and poke out into the exterior.
