helping smartphone users to take panorama photos, the ‘panopal’ by new york city-based designers radiantmodo studio, ensures important moments are captured easily. the project arose out of a frustration in taking unbalanced, choppy images and videos due to shaky hands and slow responses. seeking to resolve this issue, the small device can be transported for on-the-go photo opportunities – it attaches to any iphone, galaxy s4 or smartphone, simply inserting them into the panopal and locking in place. through the use of a remote, the motion controlled accessory can be turned either clockwise or anti-clockwise with four different rotating speeds. a built in rechargeable battery enables the ‘panopal’ to be used for five hours on full charge and also contains a micro USB charging port. a fun addition to taking panorama and time lapse shots, the product was recently launched on kickstarter, which you can follow here.
