sony RX1 – world’s first 35mm full frame compact camera

the world’s first fixed lens digital camera to sport a 35mm full-frame sensor has been introduced by sony. the cybershot RX1 boasts a 24.3 megapixel 35mm full-frame sensor capable of capturing images at a range of ISO 100 to 25600. the new device supports the ability to shoot continuous burst photos at up to 5 FPS and 14-bit RAW image data recording with additional full HD 24p/60i/60p video capabilities. together with a f/2.0 carl zeiss sonnar lens, a new high-speed AF improves focusing speed and sensitivity at 0.13 seconds, with a exmor CMOS sensor and BIONZ processing engine for accurate focusing speeds.
