the manufacturers of aftermarket editions of the land rover defender, urban truck, have created the ‘ultimate RS’ model which tunes a GM V8 LS3 from a chevrolet corvette, to produce a horsepower range between 430 and 500. as well as creating 540 NM of torque, the modified engine relies on the stainless steel big bore, twin tailpipe exhaust and a quad core cooling with integrated oil cooler. this high power performance has a characteristic-matching exterior that boasts a cross wire OR KBX front grille, light surrounds, high force bonnet vents and a sport side vent, and both privacy glass and a NAS step for the rear cabin.

the paintwork for the outside of the urban truck ‘ultimate RS’ such as the front bumper, side skirts and body, matches all the features on the 4×4 except for the gloss red painted brake calipers. offering a more luxurious side to the powerful performance car, the interior is kitted out with recaro sportster CS sport seats finished in a choice of color and alcantara or quilt stitching for the fine nappa leather. this quality material is concurrent for the rest of the inside with the dash, steering wheel and column also dressed in it.
