a small austrian motorcycle workshop vagabund creates a  black-on-black custom BMW ‘R100R’ cafe racer stripped to its bare necessities. the team handcrafted all the simple lines to update the aesthetics, performance and usability of the motorcycle. they enhanced the essence of the ride with detailed paint finishes of every fin around the engine block, where the theme followed closely throughout the two-tone tank. the airhead below is custom welded to a commanding raw exhaust that flows upwards. the BMW ‘R series’ engine is built around a horizontally layout and is mounted with a longitudinal crankshaft, where the cylinder heads protrude well beyond the sides of the frame. the oversized suspension handles both city streets and beaten tracks for the unreserved rider. vagabund’s primary focus since inception in 2015 has been to build unique pieces for every type of client.
