designer's own words :
The design for this tap is based on tactility, flexibility and the ability to enable the interaction of the
user/architect in the design. The tap is made up of a number of different discs sizes and shapes that
screw onto a main spine and enables the design to vary in form and touch. The result can be one that
best suites the character and desires of the designer. It can change through its life if circumstances alter.
The discs can be varied in material to alter the interaction, for example it could be rubber, brass,plastic,
stainless steel or a combination of materials. Each material, and form can give the user an individual
visual and tactile experience.
