the world’s largest outdoor sculpture exhibition, stretching along sydney’s iconic bondi to tamarama coastline, is currently on show. now in it’s 14th year sculpture by the sea is exhibiting more than 100 sculptures by local and international artists, for the annual event.

challenging the predictability of expectations and ‘cultural homogenity’, informed by issues relating to human ecology, consumption and materialism.

moving, powered by wind. moving not as energy itself. moving, gliding as a part. neither the cloud disrupted by the urban landscape nor the cloud that foretells the weather. rather the soft blanket, spreading across the vast skies, covering the meadows, like a cloud.

danish artist keld moseholm was the recipient of the balnaves foundation sculpture prize of 60,000 AUD – the main prize at sculpture by the sea, bondi 2010.
