'tokyo compression' by german-born hong kong-based photographer
michael wolf is a collection of images showcasing local commuters
through the aperture of foggy subway car doors. at once a snapshot
of the capital city's density, urban infrastructure, and societal makeup,
the voyeuristic series captures subjects ranging from sleepy indifference
to dazed confusion.

disgusting gaijin voyeurism in the guise of "art" and shallow criticism.
ramondo   12.21.10
horrible idea, someones like peole in inhuman conditions
qa   12.21.10
@ramondo What does the photographer's nationality have to do with it? As a foreigner studying in Japan, I find this comment extremely offensive.
aria   12.22.10
One thing common every one is so sad

@aria
(I'm not ramondo btw)
Think about it, it's like Amsterdam's red light and weed leniency defining the Netherlands. Very cliche but no one seems to get tired of it. There's more to discover.

That said, I don't believe in terms like gaijin and I'm assuming you have had felt the cancerous discrimination still plaguing the whole world.
