bulgarian mixed media artist, luyba haleva has sent us images
of her latest work, that aims to convey her vision and interpretation
of man in the modern world.

through her artwork, haleva attempts to express the sense of loss
seen in the eyes of urban dwellers, and her fear, that while technology is
aimed at making our lives better, it is actually ruining our existence.

the collage-like pieces are crafted out of used brochures, newspapers
and flyers, which are secured to wood, creating works approximately
70cm x 197cm in size.
